We ask that all clients include a completed tax questionnaire with their tax information. This will make sure that we have all relevant information needed to complete your return. It will also help you better organize all of your data. You can now type in the information into the questionnaire and then print out the completed questionnaire to mail to us. Or you can print out the questionnaire and write in the information. You should also review the client letter & checklist along with the questionnaire.
